Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) increases bile secretion and aids digestion.
Emblica officinalis (Amla) increases functional activities of the stomach.
Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) is a nerve tonic, improves immune system and cures
digestive problems. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) minimizes stress related fluctuations in diet and lowers cholesterol.
