Returns and Refund Policy
Policy
At Whiskee Pet Zone, we ensure utmost care is taken right from packing to delivery so that none of our customers ever need to return their purchases. However, in case of any damage or defect found in the purchased product at the time of delivery, you can return the product to us within 10 days of order delivery. You must ensure that the return request is initiated within 24 hours of receipt of product, else wise; the return request will not stand valid and Whiskee Pet Zone cannot be held liable for any type of return or refund claimed.
- Items purchased during limited period offers and after expiry of the offer period, excluding the items mentioned in the above 3 points
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or additional items you receive in the order cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items eligible for return/refund must be unused without any sort of tampering or damage in their tags, labels, surfaces, material or product packaging. Moreover, the package must be returned in the original form as received by you accompanied by the original invoice
- Refund will be initiated 3-5 business days and return in 5 - 7 days after return request in approved
- Edible items, medicine and supplements
- Cosmetics items like shampoo, etc. with tampered seal, label or packaging
- Bed, toy, belt, harness, face masks, etc., and other contaminable/consumable items ;
Process
- On receipt of damaged item, please raise your request within 24 hours of order delivery by sending us an email at info@whiskeepetzone.com or call us on +91-9163568499/033-40697136 with the details (including photographs of damage) to initiate the return process
- You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated once the eligibility of your return/refund is verified and your claim is deemed to be eligible according to our Return/Refund Policy
- In areas where we have a pickup facility, item(s) for return will be collected from the delivery address. For areas where we do not have a pickup facility, we may request you to send the products through a reliable courier service. In such case, shipping charges for sending the products to us will be refunded to you in the form of Gift Voucher valued Rs. 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. Such Gift Voucher may be utilized for your next purchase. In no circumstances whatsoever will there be any type of cash adjustment or refund for the shipping charges
- Once the returned product(s) is received at our warehouse and quality check is completed, we will either replace the product or refund the amount, according to our policy. Whiskee Pet Zone reserves the discretion of return or refund, depending upon the availability and eligibility of the product as per our policy
- For goods bought on MRP, refund will be provided in accordance with the mode of payment at the time of purchase. The refund will be initiated in the same channel of payment as done by you at the time of purchase of the product
- Under normal circumstances, replacement is completed within 20 working days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. In case the product for replacement is no longer available, Gift Voucher of the same value will be issued
